You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item). Expedited shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Returns that show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received. After the refund is issued, please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
How to Start a Return
If you need to return an item:
- Log in to your account
- Go to My Account
- Select Completed Orders
- Click the Return Item(s) button for the order
Once we receive your return and process the refund, you will be notified by email.
If you placed your order as a guest, please contact customerservice@t3gear.com to begin the return process.
Clearance Items
All clearance sales are final. Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address worldwide. Please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions and may not be available for international delivery.
When you place an order, estimated shipping times are provided based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. These estimates do not include order processing time.
Our goal is to have all orders processed and ready to ship within two business days or less.
