At T3, we always ask our customers: "Is there something else we might do for you?"
Our success designing and manufacturing clothing for Air Force Security Forces led to an introduction to the Maintenance Career Field. While it was clear we could not energize our legacy distribution networks for this purpose, we went to see the Maintainers directly. Once we spoke to potential customers and transformed our products based on their input, there was a success story — another example of T3's practice of analysis, adaptation and execution.
In recent exchanges, we were introduced to AFREP. And through careful due diligence, we identified that Units could increase AFREP throughput utilizing outsourced additional labor — a resource not always available internally due to line maintenance responsibilities.
Founded as a gear company by a former Navy SEAL in 2011, our company was built on the idea of solving problems that no one wanted to pursue and providing unmatched value to the customer — both in quality and price. By executing on these principles, we have enjoyed success through many new business entries from tactical equipment, clothing, and training to high-level corporate security. Our legacy was built on building production lines to solve relatively small manufacturing problems. And this defines AFREP -- a series of small manufacturing challenges that add up to a successful repair.
Our El Paso, Texas factory has given us access to some of North America's finest fabrication technicians. We offer expertise that is difficult to find in the US. As we meet our usual high standards, we shall bring a massive amount of value to the Air Force.
As always, we are grateful for the opportunity to serve and compete
